The pulsating heartbeat of the dance is the Sabar drum conjures up intricate rhythms that bestow upon the Sabar dance its unmistakable uniqueness. Through the Sabar dance, the Wolof people express their deep-seated philosophy of life, which centers around the ideals of unity, rhythm, and harmony.
