Join us at the Brooklyn Museum on July 1st, 2023, for 1st Saturday dance classes with Cumbe’s own Eto'o Tsana and Fumu Jahmez, accompanied by the beats of Batalá at the plaza out front!
Explore various Congolese dance styles with Eto'o Tsana, while Fumu presents Mutashi + Afro-fusion dance classes, all to the rhythm of Afro-Brazilian drumming by Batalá! As you feel the beat follow Batalá from the plaza inside for an incredible set by DJ AQ's Afrobeat happening on the first floor inside the museum at 7:30pm.
